Home delivery charges are: 20-49 Euros: 7.50 Euros, 50-99 Euros: 6.00 Euros, 100 Euros+: Free home delivery.

We will contact you via e-mail withing 24 hours of receipt of your order to confirm delivery times.

In the event of no-one being at home to accept a home delivery at a pre-agreed date and time, a re-delivery fee of 6 Euros will be charged. The product images in this site are for illustration purposes only and may not in some cases be exactly the product described.

Any damaged products must be reported to us immediately upon delivery, where a refund or replacement will be provided. We cannot accept claims for damaged goods after delivery is completed, or if products have been partly consumed.

Prices are subject to fluctuation and at times the price to be charged may be slightly higher or lower than the price shown on this website at the time of ordering

Where payment is by credit card, the final order total, after amendments for out of stock or substituted items will be charged to the credit card number given. The charge will usually be processed on the date of delivery.

We aim to keep at least 98% of all items on the site in stock. Where a product is not in stock, we will substitue a similar alternative if one is available (ie different size/brand). We will advise you of major changes by e-mail. If you do not wish any items to be substituted, please enter 'no substitutions please' in the order notes.

For larger quantities of particular items, we can arrange a discount for pre-orders with at least 2 weeks notice. Where possible, please give us notice of larger quantity orders (ie 12+ of any one item, with the exception of crisps, sweets etc).
